崗位職責(zé):Responsible for the day-to-day human resource tasks such as employees' attendance, payroll, welfare supervision.
負(fù)責(zé)日常人力資源工作任務(wù),諸如員工考勤、工資發(fā)放、福利監(jiān)管;
Responsible for the maintenance and management of HR system;
負(fù)責(zé)管理和維護(hù)人事系統(tǒng);
Assist to deal with human resources transaction processing.
協(xié)助處理人力資源事務(wù);
Assist to staff training and development;
協(xié)助員工培訓(xùn)和發(fā)展規(guī)劃;
Assist to staff recruitment;
協(xié)助員工招聘;
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
執(zhí)行管理層交辦的其他工作事宜。
崗位要求:
Bachelor degree or above;
本科及以上學(xué)歷;
More than 3 years relevant HR experience in hotel / service apartment management;
至少3 年以上在酒店/服務(wù)公寓行業(yè)人力資源的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
Familiar with the domestic labor laws;
熟悉國內(nèi)的勞動法規(guī);
Good Chinese and English communication skills;
良好的中英文溝通能力;
Can withstand strong working pressure.
能承受工作壓力。
