崗位職責:
· Organises kitchen operations and prepares and serves a range of dishes, whilst supervising junior members of the Kitchen Brigade.
· 組織廚房運營并制作和送上各種菜肴,監管廚房團隊中的下級員工。
· Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
· 遵守當地的衛生和安全法規,或其它適用的規定,以及品牌規范和當地的規章制度。
· Buffet Food
· 自助餐
o Prepares and presents food for buffets
o 制作和擺放自助餐
o Prepares and presents desserts for buffets
o 制作和擺放自助餐甜品
o Stores buffet items
o 儲存自助餐食品
· Provides direction to the Kitchen helpers, including Commis, Cooks, Kitchen Attendants and Stewards
· 指導廚房幫手,包括廚師、廚房服務員和管事的工作。
· Communicates to his/her superior any difficulties, guest or internal customer comment and other relevant information
· 與上級交流疑難問題,客人或內部客戶的意見以及其它相關信息 。
任職要求:
· Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Culinary Skills or related field.
· 餐飲技能或相關專業的大專或職業證書。
· 2 years experience as a cook or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
· 2年廚師工作經歷或與此相當的教育和相關工作經驗結合的背景。
